While I employ a variety of sketchbooks, the rigid, acid free, yellowish paper to these sketchbooks allows the 2D artist to maximize the use of basic pencils and fountain pens. Only the strongest felt-tip pens will bleed through. An essential traveling sketchbook for sure!

This sketchbook is exactly as the description says. The paper is heavy enough to be very comfortable for using in book form. The ever so slight tint on the paper is quite pleasant. I like the rounded corners.

I actually read the measurements carefully and knew it’d be small. Overall the quality of paper is good, feels smooth and nice to sketch on. Could it have been 1 inch more in diameter, yes. 2 inches, absolutely. It’s just too small (even for a small Moleskine).
